The AI-Ready Classroom was created by Dr. Charles Watson, Ph.D., a K–12 Technology Director and educational technology researcher studying the structured implementation of generative AI in public education.
The work began with a practical problem: educators were being asked to use rapidly changing AI tools without consistent guidance for deciding when AI belongs, protecting information, setting student boundaries, preserving visible learning, or reviewing AI-generated materials.
The AI-Ready Classroom translates those implementation needs into adaptable systems, forms, workflows, and instructional tools that keep professional judgment in the educator’s hands.
