Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”) fully and carefully before using www.theaireadyclassroom.org (the “Site”) and the services, features, toolkits, content, or applications (collectively with the Site, the “Services”) offered by Dr. Charles Watson (“The AI Ready Classroom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)[cite: 1]. These Terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services[cite: 1].
All Content provided through the Services, including without limitation toolkits, lesson templates, prompt vaults, ethics frameworks, and interactive AI application outputs (such as from the Florida Standards 5E Lesson Generator), is provided for educational guidance and instructional support only[cite: 1, 2]. Content does not constitute legal advice regarding FERPA compliance, state data privacy laws (including Florida statutes), or specific school board compliance[cite: 1].
Generative AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete outputs[cite: 1]. You acknowledge and agree that you retain full professional responsibility for verifying all AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, alignment with current state standards (CPALMS/B.E.S.T.), and instructional appropriateness before using such outputs in a school or classroom setting[cite: 1, 2].
You promise and warrant that you will strictly adhere to the educational guidance provided within the Services instructing you never to enter sensitive, personally identifiable student information (PII), confidential records, or non-anonymized student work into the interactive AI tools available through the Services[cite: 1, 3].
The Services are designed and intended explicitly for use by professional K–12 educators, administrators, and school leaders[cite: 1].
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under age 18, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, access or use the Services[cite: 1].
We do not knowingly provide Services or accounts to K–12 students. We do not knowingly collect, request, or store PII of K–12 students[cite: 1].
All Content, research, doctoral data, graphics, and digital toolkits provided through the Services are copyrighted and owned by Dr. Charles Watson/The AI Ready Classroom[cite: 1].
Subject to these Terms, we grant each purchasing user of the Services a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to download and print one (1) copy of digital toolkits, and to reproduce and use student contracts, checklists, and classroom templates solely for professional educational use within your own classroom or school campus[cite: 1].
Public posting, resale, commercial redistribution, or sharing of digital files (PDFs) with non-purchasing colleagues or school districts without prior written authorization from The AI Ready Classroom is strictly prohibited[cite: 1]. Certain Services, such as the purchase of the full AI-Ready Classroom Toolkit, may require a one-time payment (“Paid Services”)[cite: 1].
We use a trusted third-party payment processor (Stripe/Podia) to bill you[cite: 1]. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms[cite: 1]. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor[cite: 1].
Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital products (PDF files and template access), all digital sales are final[cite: 1]. Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Our custom interactive AI applications (like the 5E Lesson Generator) are built using software provided by Pickaxe[cite: 3]. While we have optimized these tools for K–12 educational standards, your use of these interactive apps is subject to the technical constraints, service availability, and capabilities of the underlying software[cite: 1, 3].
We make no representations or warranties concerning the continuous availability, specific output results, factuality, or copyright status of the lesson plans, rubrics, or activities generated by our interactive AI apps[cite: 1, 2].
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AI READY CLASSROOM, DR. CHARLES WATSON, OR HIS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES (I) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, COMPENSATORY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING), OR (II) FOR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE (REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF ORIGINATION), OR (III) FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF (IN THE AGGREGATE) THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID TO US FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICES DURING THE IMMEDIATELY PREVIOUS THREE (3) MONTH PERIOD OR (B) $250.00[cite: 1].
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and Federal courts located in Port St. Lucie, Florida[cite: 1].
